• two copies of your work sample,
• two copies of your Statement of Objectives and Results,
• three copies of your completed Entry Form,
• a color photo in JPG or TIFF format of the work sample (winning entries will be displayed at the awards gala)
• appropriate payment (see Entry Form).
Each entry must have been produced for use between June 1, 2007, and May 31, 2008.
You may enter as many work samples as you wish, or a single work sample in multiple categories as appropriate. Each entry requires a separate entry form and payment. Be sure to follow the entry rules for each submission.
Do not mount or display the work samples. Submit photos of items too large to fit in an
11"x14" envelope.
You MUST register your entry online, even if you plan to pay by check (payable to IABC/Washington–Silver Inkwell).
